Are you an Operations Manager from a Landscaping background or similar, looking to be recognised as a senior manager within a well-established business, where you will play an integral role in an innovative, forward thinking Environmental company, with autonomy to make your mark and a competitive package to top it off?
In this role you will be responsible for all Operational running of the business, including Health and Safety protocols. You will oversee multiple Team Leaders, including Contract Managers, Site Managers / Supervisors and a team of Operatives on site. This role is based out of the York office, but covering the North of the Country, with meetings / site visits when required. As the go-to Operations Manager, you will have responsibility and authority to improve Operations and drive change where required.
The company are a market leader within an Landscaping / Fencing sector within Highways, with forward thinking and innovative views, they are at the forefront of driving a sustainable future. They are involved in site clearance and recycling, and due to recent success are looking to expand the leadership team to drive success.
