On offer is a great opportunity for a Operations Manager or similar to join this well-established creative work space company, currently experiencing a period of growth, in need of someone to take care of the facilities and residents of their modern day studio and work spaces across London.
As part of this expanding company, the successful Operations Manager will be maintaining the high quality resident experience, covering multiple key areas such as customer service, hospitality, building and event management as well as optimisation of process and facilities.
This role would suit an extroverted Operations Manager or similar who is local to London and keen to work in a varied site/person management role for a thriving Creative London company.
The Role:
- Responsible for operations for multiple sites.
- Ensuring resident experience is overall positive, having a strong understanding and intuition when addressing complaints.
- Customer focused, problem solving, deliver feedback to the wider team.
The Person:
- Natural conversationalist, relevant operations and resident experience.
- Local to London.
- Able to work well under pressure and in difficult situations.
