Are you an Operations Manager with an engineering background or similar and experience looking after PNL and budgets looking to take the next step in your career, within a role offering plenty of training, development and the autonomy to make your mark within an industry leading company?
In this role you will be managing the Grimsby site overseeing 7 Engineers as well as 3 office-based workers. Additionally, you will be responsible for business growth, PNL and sales development along with handling materials and supply chain. This is a great opportunity to become a member of the senior management team and have the autonomy to develop the business.

This role would suit an Operations Manager with an engineering background or similar looking for an exciting opportunity to develop their career through various training and gain the autonomy to grow and steer the business through its exciting expansion period.
Managing 10 personnel across the shop floor and office
Create business development plans and set KPIs to ensure business growth is achieved
Setting budgets for suppliers and material costs and working to reduce these costs where possible
Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm, 37.5 hours a week, office based with occasional client site visits required
