Are you from a Building Services background with people management experience looking for a leadership role within a growing business, offering plenty of autonomy, training courses, and the ability to mould the role into your own?

Do have health and safety knowledge and are looking to expand upon this through gaining NEBOSH and IOSH certificates for a company willing to invest in your development?

In this role you will coach, support, and train all staff in the business, and help to implement and improve health and safety procedures and processes. You will monitor the projects ensuring that policies are adhered to and manage the upkeep of fleet vehicles. This role is 80% office based with some travel to sites needed to monitor progress.

This company specialise in health and safety within commercial properties and believe in putting their employees first through encouraging a work-life balance with every other Friday off. Boasting a great working environment and excellent staff retention, they are looking to double their turnover in the next few years.

This role would suit a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar from a Building Services background looking for a management position in a growing company that will aid their development through plenty of training.

The Role:

• Training and mentoring staff and overseeing the performance of them
• Implement and develop health and safety systems
• Ensure procedures and policies are adhered to across the business
• Training on IOSH and NEBOSH
• Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm, every other Friday off

The Person:

• Building Service background
• People management experience
• Health and Safety knowledge
