Do you have a background in administration, customer service or similar, seeking a hugely varied role, where you will seamlessly coordinate between wholesalers, suppliers and customers, ensuring a smooth sales process, forming part of a friendly team within a successful distributor of high quality DIY, garden and household products?

You will be responsible for liaising closely with customers, suppliers and wholesales to ensure the sales process runs smoothly, any credit or payment issues are resolved, and great customer service will be provided. You will also complete general administrative duties related to the sales process.

The role:

  • Full product and role training provided
  • Speak with clients, suppliers and wholesalers via email and over the phone once orders have been confirmed, managing the sales and order process to ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery
  • Manage any payment, delivery or credit issues
  • Complete some basic sales administration using Excel
  • Provide aftersales support
