Are you a Business Administrator looking to take the next steps in your career? Do you have excellent Excel skills and want the opportunity to move into Data Analytics/Business Intelligence?

On offer is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Administrator to join a multi-million-pound UK Construction and Plant Hire business as they experience a rapid period of growth and expansion. Joining there fast expanding digital transformation, the Business Administrator will play a key, and vital role in the future growth success of the business.

In this role, the Business Administrator will play an integral part in the business’ future success, being tasked with carrying out administrative processes to a high standard, work closely with all areas of the business from finance, operations, sales, support to help co-ordinate relevant data and KPI reporting and process improvements in all areas of the business as well as supporting and assisting the company’s digital transformation.

The ideal Business Administrator will have good IT skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a keen interest in progressing there career into IT, Data Analytics/Business Intelligence.

The Role

  • Carry out administrative process to a high standard.
  • Assist in the production of KPI Reporting.
  • Support the process and IT improvement project.
  • Occasional travel to other sites/depots.

The Person

  • Microsoft Excel Skills {VLOOKUP, PIVOT Tables, Simple Macros..etc}
  • Keen interested in data transformation, IT, and creating efficiencies.
  • Clean driving license.
