The company specialise in energy procurement and Net Zero solutions, enabling customers to control costs, reduce carbon consumption and improve emissions by understanding values and new technologies available in the energy market. Working with local companies to global franchises, this consultancy are award winning and boast excellent client support, covering energy management planning, carbon foot printing and renewable solutions, as well as providing access to funding specialists, insurance advice and a commitment to honest and transparent relations throughout. As part of the Client Support Team, you will be responsible for inputting data, monitoring and updating contracts and liaising with customers, offering support and advice as needed.

This role would suit those with an office/administration background, who want to build on their skillset and progress into Account Management, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility while benefitting from ongoing internal training.

The Role:

  • Updating and inputting data into the CRM database as required
  • Monitoring and drawing up contracts as needed
  • Liaising with customers as required via phone or email
