Are you an Office Administrator or similar with a background within an Engineering business or similar, looking for the opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business who are offering a varied role with progression routes available and the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week?

This market leading international company supply third party inspections and audits into Oil, Gas and Energy industries, they are in a period of rapid expansion looking to grow each department over the next year by taking on individuals that are looking to develop a career and eventually move into a Co-Ordination role.

In this role you will be providing general administration support such as data entry and logging of key information on the internal system so that all departments are aware of all the work that needs to be completed, carry out invoice support for the accounts team logging and chasing payments and also being the support for the Co-Ordinators to assist their daily duties.

This role will be suited to an Office Administrator or similar who is looking for the chance to grow and develop their career with a company in a period of rapid growth, who are committed to progressing staff and can offer a hybrid position with 2 days working from home.

The Role:
* Varied Administration duties
* Provide Support for the Accounts team
* Data Entry in Microsoft and internal database
* Hybrid role, Monday and Friday work from home
* 08:00am – 16:00pm Monday – Friday
