In this office based role, you will undertake SAP calculations, Overheating Assessments and SBEM Assessments, working closely with architects and other construction professionals throughout the lifecycle of a project.

The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of SAP, Overheating and Energy Assessments, and will be able to hit the ground running as an OCDEA.

The Role:

• Produce reports for Building Control submission and planning applications
• Complete SAP, Overheating and SBEM Assessments
• Offer professional consultancy and advisory services to wide range of clients
