In this role you will supervising two first line NOC engineers and working alongside two seniors. You will be dealing with escalations, setting team goals and targets and supporting the head of operations with team reports.
The ideal NOC Team Lead will have experience in a hands on role and managing a small team. You will be familiar with CCMP in terms of implementing robust wireless security measures.
