The company is a leading retail supplier of fresh fish and seafood, providing a unique and high value service to over 70,000 customers in the UK. Within this role, you will be responsible for the training, development, management and recruitment of the door-to-door field sales team, who promote their extensive range of products and services. The team is already well established and successful, so you will be ensuring continued performance, before rapid expansion.

The role:

  • Manage a team of 8 people, to meet realistic targets on delivered sales / re-orders
  • Generate sales reports and expectations / outcomes
  • Grow and expand the sales team, actively recruiting new Sales Executives, and promoting senior team members into Team Leadership roles
  • Plan induction and product training
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures for continued improvement
  • Maximise revenue opportunities, based upon original revenue per drop of new customers

The person:

  • Sales Management experience (B2C or B2B)
