£80,000 + 25% commission (uncapped) + Car allowance+ benefits + home/field based

Are you an experienced Sales professional with a knowledge of the automation industry looking to work for a market leader of risk management technologies, trusted by some of the most conscious commercial, industrial, military and government clients in the world?

On offer is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced salesperson to specialise in growing key U.K. and European partners and customers in the leak detection market, supported by an internal sales and marketing team to help grow the business.

You will be an excellent communicator with great presentations skills, product knowledge, professionalism and confidence.

The role:

• Develop and manage Channel business plan for the assigned region
• Provide leadership to our partners for adoption of new products and solutions
• Promote and execute aggressive growth goals for new product introductions, against a documented plan.
• Develop customer relationships using deep understanding of customers business needs, production applications and technical language utilised in their industry
• Identify and properly qualify business, understand the account potential, competitors and position in the market and requirements for doing business
• Perform market analysis for prospecting new distribution and integrator relationships.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports, track, and measure sales results.
• Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities

The person:

• Experience in a Technical Sales role
• Demonstrable Channel Sales experience
