Having started almost 103 years ago, they were notably involved in large scale engineering projects for the government during World War II, and even supplied the generator for the train that transported Queen Elizabeth on her South Africa Tour.
This role will be majority Field Based with occasional time spent in the Office, this great role will involve Supervising and Working with a Team of Engineers carrying jobs such as Servicing, Maintenance and Repair tasks on pumps and other mechanical equipment such as Motors, Fans, and Rotating equipment at customers premises, these customers could be small Companies or Blue-Chip Companies. Typical jobs would involve Pump Units – Onsite Overhaul including the Mechanical Seal Changes, Electrical Motors – Onsite Overhaul including Bearing and Oil Seal Changes, AHU / Fan Units and Gearbox – Onsite Overhauls.
This role would suit an Engineer with Knowledge of Pumps, Inverters, Motors and Electrical Systems, and is looking for a varied field-based role that is a Monday to Friday position, and the chance to work with a prestigious company that truly values their staff.
The role:
* Servicing, Maintenance and Repair tasks on pumps and other mechanical equipment
* Weekly pay, option of overtime at the weekend to boost earnings
* Monday to Thursday – 8am to 4.30pm (Friday – 3.30pm)
