Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a background in Management looking for a 4 on 4 off role within a thriving manufacturer who will give you the opportunity to take the reins and build your own engineering team?

This market-leading ice manufacturer produces and packages ice for blue-chip retail clients around the U.K. This exciting opportunity has arisen for a multiskilled maintenance engineer with a background in management to join this well-established team due to the company’s continual expansion.

On a daily basis your responsibilities of this varied role will include hands on work such as preventative maintenance of refrigeration, packaging, hydraulic and robotic machinery, managing a small team of other engineers and developing a preventative maintenance programme. This is a 4 on 4 off days-based role, 7am – 7pm.

The role would suit a Multiskilled Maintenance Manager with a background in management looking to become a lead engineer and manage your own small team of Maintenance Engineers.

The Role:

• Electrical and Mechanical preventative Maintenance
• Managing a small team of Engineers
• Liaising with the Operations and Production team
• 4 on 4 off days-based role, 7am – 7pm.
