Are you a Maintenance Engineer from a Multi-skilled FMCG / Manufacturing / Food background looking for an exciting and varied shift based role (4 on 4 off) within the tight-knit maintenance team of a market leading Food production company where you can greatly increase your earnings through a Quarterly Bonus, Overtime and a 7% Shift Allowance?

This company are a market leading national snack distributor who have been established since 1997 and have multiple sites across the UK. Due to ongoing growth and success, they are looking to grow their tight-knit and friendly Maintenance team.

This varied role will see you working 4 on 4 off rotating shifts as you become an essential part of the tight-knit Maintenance team carrying out reactive maintenance and PPM on a range of production and packaging machinery. In addition to this you will liaise closely with other departments and support management with continuous improvement projects.

This role would suit a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer from an FMCG / Manufacturing / Food background looking for a varied and exciting site-based position within a tight-knit team where you can greatly increase your earnings through shift allowance, bonuses and overtime.

The Role:
* Reactive and Planned Maintenance
* Maintenance on range of manufacturing / production / packaging machinery

The Person:
* Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar
* Manufacturing / Food / FMCG background
* Happy to work a 4 on 4 off Shift pattern
* Commutable to Leicester
