£35,000 – £40,000 (OTE £45,000) + Company Van + 25 Days Holiday + Bonus

Are you a mechanically biased Engineer looking a Monday to Friday, days based role offering plenty of autonomy, robust training and the ability to significantly increase your earnings through overtime?

In this role you will be servicing various air tools and hydraulic equipment. You will be working either remotely from home or out of a Thornbury based workshop for a market leader in the supply and service of various air tools and hydraulic equipment. The work will mostly be preventative maintenance and you will be on call 1 week in 6.

This company was originally founded in 1850 and has slowly diversified it’s products and service to generate a turnover of over £21 million. With plans to expand nationwide and increase their service portfolio, they’re looking to train up the next generation of Engineers to take the company to the next level.

This role would suit a Mechanically bias engineer or time served electro/mechanical apprentice who is looking for a secure role with plenty of opportunities to increase earnings through overtime and bonuses.

The Role:

• Servicing, maintain and repairing air tools, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
• 80% Preventative, 20% reactive maintenance
• Field based, working from home and from a Thornbury workshop
• Covering Bristol and the surrounding counties
• Monday to Friday, 42 hour week
• Optional overtime available paid 1.5x Mon-Fri and 2x on Weekends
• On call 1 week in 6 and additional call-out bonus

The Person:

• Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical background
• Field Service Experience
