Are you a Maintenance Engineer from a Mechanical background looking for a varied and autonomous role on a 3 shift pattern within a global market leader where you will join the tight-knit and friendly maintenance team and have a direct impact on maintenance projects and can upskill yourself through ongoing training, continually progress and increase your earnings through lots of overtime?

This company are a market-leading pioneer within their industry with a global presence and thousands of employees worldwide. Due to an ever-increasing workload they are looking to grow their friendly maintenance team on their Stoke site.

This varied role will see you working both autonomously and within the maintenance team of 12 as you undertake PPM, Reactive Maintenance and Continuous Improvement projects on a range of factory machinery. You will liaise closely with production, maintenance team leaders and other departments as you work on a 3-shift pattern and can increase your earnings through overtime.

This role would suit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer from a Manufacturing / Engineering background looking for a varied role on a 3-shift pattern within a tight-knit team where you can upskill yourself through ongoing specialist training and increase your earnings through overtime.

The Role:
* Reactive and Planned Maintenance
* Maintenance of Factory Machinery
* 3 shift pattern: Monday-Friday (Days 6am to 2pm), Nights (10pm to 6am), Noons (2pm-10pm)
* Shift allowance Days- 10%, Nights- 25%, Noons- 10%

The Person:
* Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or similar
* Happy to work a 3-shift pattern- No weekends
* Commutable to Stoke-on-Trent
