Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a background in FMCG looking for a days-based role within a long-standing company, offering plenty of on the job electrical training and clear routes to progress to senior levels?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a household name in confectionary and snacks. This family-owned business has been established since the late 1980’s, producing confectionery, crisps, and nuts, with their products being distributed all throughout the UK and Europe. They currently have 3 locations within Livingston and are soon looking to open a fourth branch.

In this Monday to Friday role you will be performing reactive and preventative maintenance within a busy food manufacturing facility. You will be fault finding and repairing packaging machinery and conveyors, with full electrical training given if needed, plus the opportunity to progress to a Senior Engineer in the coming years.

This role would suit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a background in FMCG or similar looking for electrical training and to progress their career, in a busy food factory offering a days-based role and no overtime.

The Role:

• Preventative and reactive maintenance
• Working on food manufacturing machinery
• Full electrical training given if needed
• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

The Person:

• Maintenance Engineer
• Mechanical background
• FMCG background or similar
• Commutable to Livingston
