With 20 staff,this is a working environment where you will be invited to feel like a part of the family. All blades are manufactured at the Workington site utilising precision surgical grade steel. Due to the unique high-volume production process, now looking for more members to keep production moving, you will be servicing maintaining and repairing blade machine equipment on site.

The Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and repairing equipment breakdowns. Identifying failure modes of plant equipment and returning the equipment to operate safely and within a reasonable timescale.
• Carrying out maintenance routines on plant and equipment. Diagnosing and repairing equipment failures as required.
• Obtaining maintenance schedules from the maintenance management system (SAP) and feeding back work carried out. Work arising to be recorded using notifications.
• Alternate week shift patterns (7 – 3 am / 11 am -7 pm)

The Person:

• Experience as Mechanical Fitter / Engineer or similar
