On offer is the opportunity to work for a specialist company that manufactures every bread slice machine you can think of. With 20 staff,this is a working environment where you will be invited to feel like a part of the family. All blades are manufactured at the Workington site utilising precision surgical grade steel. Due to the unique high-volume production process, now looking for more members to keep production moving, you will be servicing maintaining and repairing blade machine equipment on site.
Diagnosing and repairing equipment breakdowns. Identifying failure modes of plant equipment and returning the equipment to operate safely and within a reasonable timescale.
Carrying out maintenance routines on plant and equipment. Diagnosing and repairing equipment failures as required.
Obtaining maintenance schedules from the maintenance management system (SAP) and feeding back work carried out. Work arising to be recorded using notifications.
Alternate week shift patterns (7 – 3 am / 11 am -7 pm)
