Do you have estimating experience and want a varied and versatile role, where you’ll be fully office based, working alongside clients and engineers as an integral part of a professional and dynamic team, with the scope to progress into senior management?

This HVAC contractor boast an impressive portfolio and cover a wide range of services, covering everything from fault-finding, installation, services, and repairs. As accredited installers of Mitsubishi, Daikin, Toshiba and Panasonic brands, this company cover a wide range of commercial and domestic projects in the local area and are looking to add a Service & Maintenance Engineer to their expanding team. In this newly created role you will be responsible for scheduling planned preventative maintenance, preparing RAMs for clients and engineers, reviewing and completing reports as needed and providing service quotations for both new and existing clients.

As the Service & Maintenance Estimator, you will be responsible for generating costs and quotes for the companies servicing and maintenance projects, liaising with clients and lending your expertise to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiency is maintained, all while operating under complete autonomy.

THE ROLE:
* Liaise with clients and engineers as needed
* Provide estimated costs of proposed servicing and PPMs
* Review completed work reports to identify queries
* Follow company processes as required
* Conduct site visits as required

* Estimating experience
