Are you Mechanical Engineer with a background in CAD looking to take a step up into management, playing an integral part in a market leading manufacturer where you will work alongside the MD in overseeing all site operations and be provided with the opportunity for long term progression to directorship?
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a general management position within a highly successful manufacturer. The company are undergoing significant periods of growth, and the Managing Director is looking for someone to assist him in the general management duties of the factory. You will be first in line to progress to a managing director of this company.
This company has been established for over 25 years designing and manufacturing bespoke products. After significant backing from a national leader within the engineering / construction / automotive / property & grounds maintenance / rail networks / power networks / oil & gas / power stations / steel sectors, they have grown from strength to strength and are looking for the next managing director to lead the company.
This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer with a manufacturing and CAD background looking to take a step up into a management position, playing an instrumental role in the success of a company undergoing significant growth due to increased workloads.
THE ROLE:
* Managing the day-to-day running of the site
* Customer and client-facing
* Scheduling & Design
* Managing workflow
THE PERSON:
* Mechanical engineering background
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment
* CAD experience
* Looking to go into management
* Commutable to Hartlepool
