Are you a Mechanical Engineer with a HNC or similar looking to work for a leading Electronics manufacturer who offer full industry specific training, unmatched progression into senior management, lucrative company benefits and the opportunity to become a well-rounded Engineer?

On offer is the opportunity to join a global Electronics manufacturer, due to consistent growth and internal promotions, they are looking to expand their production management function. The company are responsible for both internal product lines as well as contract manufacturing for a range of blue-chip clientele and are looking for candidates eager to progress within the company.

This varied role will see you responsible for the daily running of testing and assembly operations within a fast paced and dynamic team of Engineers to ensure consistency across all of the production lines. You will be involved in maintenance, installation and commissioning of machinery, fault finding and analysis of process equipment and support the implementation of key changes.

This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer with a HNC or similar looking to work for a leading Electronics Manufacturer who will upskill you significantly, give you the ability to progress into management and provide all the tools to become a senior member of the team.

The Role:

• Maintenance, Commissioning and Repair of production equipment
• Fault Finding and analysis of test equipment
• Implementation of process changes
• 3 shift rotation, including night shift
• Vast training and Progression

The Person:

• Mechanical Engineer or similar
• HNC education or similar
• Commutable to Bridgend
• Happy to do 3 shift rotation
