Are you a Mechanical Engineer from a Building Services background looking to act as a go-to-technical expert for a highly reputable company within the construction industry, who offer specialist training, a clear progression pathway to Senior Engineer and the flexibility to work autonomously whilst doing so?
This position will give you the opportunity to act as a main engineer on multiple projects for this highly reputable company. You will define the scope of the projects, delegate design work and site work, write out specifications and liaise with clients and contractors to represent the company.
This is a specialist Building Services company that works on a variety of large-scale construction projects, ranging from University Buildings, Business Centers, Production Facilities, and many more. They are looking to retain its reputable position in the market by adding motivated and driven individuals to its skilled workforce.
This role would suit a Senior Mechanical Engineer looking to step up into a Senior position and take on the responsibility of running multiple projects at once and running sites from a Mechanical Building Services background.
THE ROLE:
* Acting as a Main engineer on multiple projects.
* Delegating office-based design work, and site-based work and ensuring deadlines are met
* Define the scope and approach for mechanical on multiple projects.
* Write specifications and site surveys
* Hybrid position between Office and Site
