Are you Mechanical Design Engineer with a HVAC / Heat Exchangers background or similar, looking to take a step up into management where you will be playing an integral part in a market leading manufacturer where you will work alongside the MD in overseeing design duties and site operations with the opportunity for long term progression to directorship?
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a design and management position within a highly successful manufacturer. The company are undergoing significant periods of growth, and the Managing Director is looking for someone to assist him in the general management duties of the factory. You will be first in line to progress to a managing director of this company.
This company are part of a group of companies that have been established for over 25 years designing and manufacturing bespoke products. After significant backing, they are growing within the engineering / construction / automotive / property & grounds maintenance / rail networks / power networks / oil & gas / power stations / steel sectors, they are growning from strength to strength and are looking for the next managing director to lead the company.
This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer looking to take a step up into a management position, playing an instrumental role in the success of a company undergoing significant growth due to increased workloads.
THE ROLE:
* Customer and client-facing
* Scheduling & Design
* Managing the day-to-day running of the site
* Managing workflow
THE PERSON:
* Mechanical Design Engineer background
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment
* Experience doing heat calculations / HVAC
* Looking to go into management
* Commutable to Hartlepool
