Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer looking for an exciting role in a growing SME who offer training to become a technical expert in their niche field of Engineering and the opportunity to progress into senior positions?

On offer if the opportunity to join a close-knit design team within a manufacturing company who specialise in working to micron tolerance designing cutting-edge tools. You will be responsible for creating and modifying designs in AutoDesk Inventor, but full training will be provided if you have experience with a different CAD package.

This is a long-standing company that design and manufacture tools for the automotive and aerospace industries. They are looking to expand their technical department and continue their lasting success for decades to come.

This role would suit a Mechanical Design engineer who is looking for a role design intricate and precise tools, working to micron tolerances in a role that offers flexible working hours, on the job training and progression to become a technical expert.

The Role

• Creating new designs of tools and modifying existing ones
• Supporting the Technical team through root cause analysis
• Ongoing training on the design of components
• Monday – Friday, flexible working hours, 37 hours a week, early finish on Friday

• Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering
