Are you a Quality Engineer from a Manufacturing / Production background looking for a varied and rewarding role offering plenty of autonomy, ongoing training and development, and a competitive package for a globally leading manufacturer?

On offer is a days-based, Monday to Friday role where you will be responsible for continuous improvement strategies, reporting directly to the Head of Quality.

In this role you will be the link between the Design and Manufacturing teams, identifying and resolving any quality related issues between the departments. You will be creating bespoke solutions to suit to the business by suggesting improvement strategies, developing work packages and procedures, and liaising with suppliers.

This role would suit a Quality Engineer or Inspector looking to join a flourishing company with unmatched standards, where you can become an expert in your field through ongoing training and plenty of responsibility.

The Role:

• Identify and resolve quality issues in production, testing, and dispatch
• Supporting Design and Manufacturing teams and suggesting improvements
• Developing work packages and procedures to improve efficiencies
• Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm
