Are you an Manufacturing Mechanical Manager with experience of managing within a startup company, looking play a key role amongst a team of engineers looking to achieve a lasting impact on this ‘milestone’ product that has recently attracted lots of government and private funding, with the opportunity for the funding and internal training necessary to maximise your development?
This company is evolving a product looking to revolutionise the flow control / pressure equipment industry. Currently, in its pre-revenue stage – its product aims to relieve hundreds of millions of pounds worth of greenhouse emissions. Going from strength to strength, the company aims to double their headcount over the next year and has recently won government contracts and a huge R&D contract.
In this pivotal role, your primary focus is leading and mentoring a team of engineers within our engineering startup. You’ll ensure projects align with quality standards, upholding our commitment to excellence. Collaborating closely with the operations manager, you’ll enhance our ISO 9001 quality system to support seamless product development and testing. Your active involvement will extend to supporting our expansion efforts and deploying trials, crucial for our growth. This role demands a unique blend of engineering leadership and startup adaptability.
