Are you an Manufacturing Engineering Manager with a track record in commercializing mechanical products, looking to become the go-to technical expert in a company committed to reshaping the flow control and pressure equipment industry, where you’ll lead and nurture a team of engineers to success and have the autonomy to make a lasting impact on this ‘milestone’ product that has recently attracted lots of government and private funding?
This company is evolving a product looking to revolutionise the flow control / pressure equipment industry. Currently, in its pre-revenue stage – its product aims to relieve hundreds of millions of pounds worth of greenhouse emissions. Going from strength to strength, the company aims to double their headcount over the next year and has recently won government contracts and a huge R&D contract.
In this varied and autonomous role, your main priority will be providing mentorship and leading a team of engineers throughout various technical projects. You will also play a crucial role in optimizing designs to meet required standards, ensuring that the products meet quality benchmarks. You will also collaborate with the operations manager to maintain an ISO 9001 quality system, ensuring successful product development and testing. Additionally, you will be actively involved in supporting range expansions and trials deployment.

THE ROLE
