Are you a Manual Turner looking for a days-based, Monday to Friday role for a long-standing company, offering plenty of optional overtime to increase your earnings and an early finish on a Friday?
In this role you will be reading engineering drawings and working on Colchester manual lathes to produce bespoke parts. The array of parts you will be machining will be used for one-of-a-kind machines built inhouse, meaning some parts may take 10 seconds to produce, while some may take all day.
Established 40 years ago, this company supply their specialist manufacturing machinery primarily into the North American market. With a team of 40 employees, they are now looking to expand their team in line with their continued success.
This role would suit a Manual Machinist that has worked on lathes looking for a stable and secure role for a long-standing company where they can drastically increase their earnings through overtime.
The Role:
- Working on Colchester manual lathes
- Producing a range of bespoke parts
- Monday to Thursday, 7am – 4pm, finish at 1:30pm on Friday, 40 hours a week
- £16 an hour, overtime paid at 1.25x Monday to Friday, 2x on Saturday
