Are you a Manual Machinist looking for a varied role, working for an established company that is known to look after their staff?
Are you looking for a hands-on role where you will be working on bespoke products for a range of high-profile sectors? You will be provided with permanent long-term employment where you will become a valued member of the team to create these specialist products.
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to work for a successful, well-established company with a history of over 75 years, producing high-quality products that you can be proud to produce. Their manufacturing facility produces a range of bespoke products for a vast array of blue-chip companies in the UK within the healthcare and industrial sectors.
You will work in the factory creating products using various workshop methods such as turning, milling, and handwork.
The Role:
- Manual machining on conventional turning and / or milling machines
- One off and batch production
- Helping the design team to develop new machinery
- Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00pm (37.5 hours)
The Person:
- Manual Machinist with experience using workshop machines
- Able to read drawings
