Are you a Maintenance Team Leader from a Manufacturing / Packaging / FMCG background looking for a varied role where you will be responsible for on-shift maintenance and managing a team with full autonomy on decision making within a market leading company offering a bonus, medical insurance and a clear progression structure to senior management?

This market-leading bearings manufacturer have grown since their establishment in 1942, whilst retaining a loyal client base. They now have over 350 employees, with aims of continual growth to become a global leader in their field.

In this varied role you will be responsible for managing the whole maintenance team of 18, overseeing all reactive and preventative maintenance, in addition to undertaking hands-on maintenance responsibilities and liaison with senior management.

This autonomous role provides the opportunity to further your career and build a specialist skillset while leading a team of engineers within a fast-paced environment where each day will be varied, interesting and challenging.

This role would suit a Maintenance Team Leader or similar from a Multi-skilled background looking for an autonomous and varied management role with some hands-on maintenance responsibilities within a company offering a market leading benefits package.

The Role:
* Leadership of Maintenance Team- 16 engineers and 2 supervisors
* Split between Management responsibilities and hands-on Maintenance
* Liaising with Senior Management
* Responsible for PPM & Reactive Maintenance
* Monday-Friday days-based- on call 1 in 3 weeks

The Person:
* Maintenance Team Leader or similar
* Multi-skilled
* Engineering / Manufacturing / Packaging / FMCG background
* Commutable to Plymouth
