Are you a Maintenance Team Leader / Supervisor or similar from a Hydraulics / Pneumatics background looking for a varied and exciting role split between hands-on maintenance and leadership responsibilities within a market-leading specialist engineering company who work with a broad range of international clients and offer a bonus to increase your earnings?

In this exciting role you will directly oversee a tight-knit team of 4 engineers in addition to working hands on as workload requires. You will oversee all planned and reactive maintenance on a range of hydraulic and pneumatic machinery in addition to further planning responsibilities and liaison with senior leadership.
This role would suit a Maintenance Team Leader from a Hydraulics / Pneumatics background looking for a varied and challenging role within a market leading specialist manufacturer offering an annual bonus, overtime and call outs to increase earnings.
Split between hands-on Maintenance and Team Leadership responsibilities
Overseeing a team of 4
Liaising with other departments and the senior leadership team
Responsible for PPM & reactive Maintenance
Assisting with training of new and existing employees
