You will be responsible for coordinating grounds and building maintenance and will cover Belfast and travel to Dublin and Preston when required. The Role:

• Carry out basic repairs to buildings, external cleaning, weed management and preventative maintenance
• Coordinate and oversee contractors to organise planned and reactive support
• Oversee the planned maintenance schedules
• Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained
• Schedule and supervise skilled repair work and refurbishments
• Servicing, preventative maintenance and other duties to keep the business commercial buildings
• Carry out basic repairs to buildings, external cleaning, weed management and preventative maintenance
• Oversee Facility Management and inventory management

The Person:

• Supervisory experience
• Grounds / Building Maintenance Experience
