Are you a Landscaper or Gardener with a background in Horticulture looking to take a step up into a leadership position within a company undergoing rapid expansion, where there is the opportunity to progress into Senior Management and gain additional qualifications and licences?
On offer is the opportunity to join a growing landscape management company that oversees a variety of sites including, golf courses, parish council parks, school fields and private gardens.
Your role will include managing a small team across a variety of sites, leading your team to maintain sites to a quality standard, liaising with customers on site to ensure that their needs are understood and seeing projects through the their completion.
This role would suit a Landscaper or Gardener with a background in Horticulture looking to become a senior figure within a business that is rapidly expanding and will provide you additional training and development to get the best out of your team.
