Do you have Maintenance experience within Hotels / Facilities or similar and managerial experience looking to head up a department within a well renowned and luxurious brand, with the status and autonomy that a senior role brings, as well technical development and opportunities to progress?

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing a team of roughly 6 engineers over 2 sites in London, managing their workload and rotas accordingly. This is roughly a 70/30 split of managerial and hands on based role, whilst customer facing at the same time. There will be an element of administration in the role, including budgeting and raising purchase orders, so good computer skills are required.

The company are a highly prestigious luxury brand of apartment and residential suites, located not only in London but across the world. They pride themselves on their high-end apartments and clientele, meaning top communication and presentation skills are required.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a background in Hotels / Facilities and managerial experience, who is looking to join a renowned and luxurious brand with technical development and opportunities to progress internally.

The Role:

• Oversee a team of roughly 6, over 2 sites across London
• 70/30 split of managerial / hands on facility engineering
• Allocate engineers rotas, budgets, administration, reviews, mentoring junior staff

The Person:

• Maintenance background
• Hotels experience or similar
• Multisite experience
