Are you a Maintenance Supervisor or similar from a Hotel / Leisure background looking for a varied, role working within the tight-knit maintenance team at a 5-star Luxury Hotel who pride themselves on exceptional service and offer overtime and on call rota to increase your earnings?

The company are well-established and have several 5-star B CORP certified properties around the UK, they have been providing excellent service for years to a range of guests who always come away satisfied. Due to continual growth they are looking for an experienced assistant maintenance manager to join their team.

In this hands on role you will be looking after a luxury site reporting directly to the services manager, performing reactive maintenance throughout the day in addition to a range of project work including room and pool refurbishments. You will work within a tight-knit team of ten including shift engineers, rings technicians and painters and decorators. You will work a rotating shift pattern of 07.00am – 14.30pm and 13.00pm – 21.00pm including an on call rota.

This exciting role would suit a Maintenance Supervisor / Team Leader from a Hotel / Leisure background looking for a technically challenging shift-based role within a luxury property who pride themselves on being an employer of choice and providing exceptional service.

The Role:

• Responsible for Maintenance at a 5* luxury site.
• Undertaking planned and reactive maintenance
• Work within the team of 10
• Split between hands-on and leadership responsibilities
• Rotating shifts: 07.00am – 14.30pm and 13.00pm – 21.00pm

• Maintenance Leadership background – Supervisor / Team Leader etc.
• Hotel / Leisure background
• Happy to work rotating shifts
• Commutable to Bagshot
