Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager with experience leading and developing a team of engineers to provide an excellent M&E maintenance service?

This is an exceptional opportunity to be the go-to person leading the contract, being the face of the company on a prestigious client site, whilst recruiting and developing your own team of engineers to provide a an excellent M&E maintenance service. The role will require UK security clearance so will be subject to security checks.
Responsibilities:
- Management of maintenance delivery in accordance with statutory legislation and requirements, complying with all Health and Safety and Environment standards and policies
- Organise labour and materials on site
- Liaise with clients and sub-contractors
- Managing a small team of electrical and mechanical engineers
- Liaising with the office team to schedule workload
- Comply with relevant standards
- Managing risk assessments, permits and method statements
The person:
- A demonstrated history of successfully delivering Mechanical, Electrical and Building Management packages
- Relevant minimum qualification (HNC/NVQ or equivalent), valid CSCS and SMSTS and full clean driving licence
