Are you an electrically bias Maintenance Engineer, Supervisor or Manager with previous leadership skills looking to take a step up to Maintenance Manager? This Food manufacturer is well known within their industry, supplying retailers such as Morrisons, Costa, and Tesco. They have numerous outlets across the North West and are aiming to drastically increase their presence over the next 5 years. This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer, Supervisor or Manager with an electrical bias, who is looking to progress to a Maintenance Manager position, with responsibility in the role, autonomy, a competitive salary and sociable hours.

The Role:

• Training apprentices, guiding them going forward in their career
• Budgeting, scheduling, and supervising a team of engineers
• Planned and reactive maintenance on food manufacturing machinery
• Working with machinery installations and PLCs

THE PERSON:

• Maintenance Engineering background
• Previously come from a manufacturing background
• Electrical experience
