Are you an Maintenance Manager or similar with a background in FMCG looking to take on a management role and lead a growing team for an established company that can provide progression opportunities, training, a host of great benefits including a bonus?

On offer is the opportunity to work for the engineering department of one of the largest distribution companies in the UK as part of their food packaging operations working with the likes of Cadbury and Roundtrees. They are looking for a new Maintenance Manager to help run the facility and manage the current engineering team.

This role will involve taking charge of a large packaging facility, looking after all the machinery and the team that maintains it. You will be scheduling PPM, looking after and mentoring apprentices, assisting with maintenance, carrying out risk assessment and creating related reports.

This role would suit a Maintenance Manager or similar with a background in FMCG looking to take on a leading position and run an important factory for a well know company that can provide training to broaden their skillset, progression to more senior positions and a host of company benefits including a bonus.

The Role

• Manage maintenance team
• Schedule all maintenance
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance
• Monday – Friday 8:00 – 4:00

The Person

• Maintenance Manager or similar
• Background in FMCG
• Commutable to Kingswinford
