On offer is the opportunity to step into an autonomous role, where you will have a high degree of responsibility. You will take ownership of several functions, including Estate maintenance, management of Contractors and completion of ongoing Maintenance Projects.

The role:

• Take full responsibility for maintenance of internal and external estate buildings, structures, systems and equipment
• Create a planned maintenance schedule for the Estate
• Complete pro active maintenance, with the objective of preserving and enhancing the estate
• Be on-call for emergency maintenance issues
• Manage contractors and suppliers, monitoring their ongoing performance
• Lead in project planning of maintenance projects

The person:

• Experience Managing Maintenance, for an Estate
• Knowledge or experience of contractor management
