Are you from a Maintenance background looking to take that step up into a management position managing a small team within a well-established property maintenance company who offer a range of company benefits including private life insurance, a generous 6% pension?
This well-established company offer a wide range of property services, from property management and sales to planned and reactive maintenance. They have been established for 81 years with over 120 employees and operate across the North West with clientele such as housing associations, letting agencies, and Caravan parks.
In this varied role you will be responsible for assisting with the companies growing workload. Your responsibilities will include liaison with contractors and the Head of Production, undertaking site checks and fault-finding future work. This role would suit someone looking to progress into a Management role and move into a more office-based maintenance role within a company who are known for looking after their employees and offer a range of company benefits.
The Role: * Property maintenance * Liaising with contractors and senior leadership * Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm * Mixture of office and field work * Company vehicle
The Person: * Maintenance background * Full UK driving licence * Strong communication skills * Multi-trade knowledge
