In this role you will be performing planned and reactive maintenance on a range of manufacturing machinery. The machinery will be mix of food processing equipment, from packaging and processing units to meat slicers and batch processers. There will be an onboarding process of machine specific training and shadowing of current engineers to get up to speed.
This company specialise in meat processing and are industry leaders in their field. With a turnover of £50 million, they have been growing consistently ever since being founded over 50 years ago and are looking to capitalise on this growth with this vacancy.
This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing background looking for a days-based role at a growing and reputable company where they can stay long-term.
The Role:
- Reactive & planned maintenance on production machinery
- Working on a mix of mechanical components such as hydraulics & pneumatics
- Monday to Friday, 2 shift 5.30am – 2pm & 7am – 3.30pm, 45 hours a week
