Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking for a days based and varied role, with a market leading salary, no overtime, a work life balance and the opportunity to join a company that you would be proud to represent?
As the go-to Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance of both manufacturing equipment and building fabrics across two sites within close proximity to Crawley. In a Monday – Friday role, you will be the first point of call for reactive maintenance and will source contractors if problems aren’t resolved.
Working on everything from shutters, roofing, racking and AC, to CNC machinery, pumps, lifting equipment and assembly lines, this role has a great deal of variety, meaning that no day is the same.
This company are a multi-million pound business, who are market leaders in what they do. On the cusp of opening more manufacturing facilities down the road as well as taking on some exciting profitable contracts in recent months, this is a great time to get on board and play a key part in their successful future.
This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias, who has happy to also over the building fabrics of the business, as well as source contractors when required.
ROLE
* Maintenance of a variety of manufacturing machinery and building fabrics
* 1st fix maintenance, sourcing contractors when problems can’t be resolved
* Monday – Friday days based, with the odd weekend shift on an infrequent occasion
* No overtime, but any extra hours work are paid back in lieu
* Covering 2 sites near Crawley, soon to be 3
PERSON
* Maintenance background, ideally with a mechanical bias
* Working within manufacturing maintenance, but happy to maintain building fabrics
