Are you an Engineer with some leadership skills looking to take a step up to Supervisor within a multi-national globally recognised manufacturer?
Do you want to head up Maintenance with industry training, a clear scope to progress, days based hours, a competitive package and a professional work environment, full of cutting edge equipment and machinery?
As the go-to Supervisor for maintenance across this specific site, you will oversee a team of 2 Engineers, providing leadership and guidance, whilst being hands on. Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance of specialist equipment and machinery, you will play an integral role in driving the department further forward.
The company are a market leading manufacturer who dominate a niche and profitable market. Established over 70 years and turning over just shy of £1 Billion per annum, they pride themselves in providing the best service for clients and customers. Off the back of an internal promotion, they are now looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their highly successful team.
This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer with some leadership skills, who is happy to be hands on and is looking for progression within a globally renowned company, with responsibility, industry training and the opportunity to step into management, moving gradually away from the tools.
DUTIES
* Lead a team of 2 Engineers, whilst remaining hands on
* Carrying out PPM and RM on a wide range of machinery and equipment
* Callout within production hours required
PERSON
* Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing background
* Electrical fault finding experience, with a mechanical grounding
