Are you a Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing role, looking to play a leading role in a dynamic and innovative company, that provides hands on training and development?

On offer is a great opportunity to make your mark as the most senior member of a close-knit maintenance team, making sure that the day to day operations of the production continue.

In this role you will be leading a small team of engineers as they perform planned and reactive maintenance on a range of manufacturing machinery, working on hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and gearboxes for example, along with facilities maintenance when needed. With ongoing training of your abilities and the opportunity to share your knowledge with more junior members of the team and shape their development, this role will provide ample engaging work.

This manufacturing company produces components that go into a range of industries, from defence and agriculture to medical and nuclear industries. They are the largest producer of these components in the country and have been operating since the 1950’s. They boast impressive staff retention, whilst continuously growing year on year, currently turning over £26 million a year.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer looking to step into challenging and rewarding role, at an industry leading and reputable company.

The Role:

• Reactive & Preventative maintenance on machinery and facilities
• Working on hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and gearboxes
• Oversee a small team of two engineers
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm, 40 hours a week
