Are you a Maintenance / Facilities Manager from a Technical background looking for an autonomous and dynamic role overseeing varied Maintenance Projects on prestigious Royal properties in a role offering a 15% Pension?

Based in Buckingham Palace, The Royal Mews, St James Palace and Kensington Palace, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the buildings making sure work is planned and delivered accordingly.

This will include: planning; preparation of specifications, schedules of work and simple working drawings; management of the tender process; appointment of consultants and contractors; supervision through to completion and settlement of final accounts.

This role would suit a Maintenance / Facilities Manager who is experienced in managing tender and bid processes looking for a role undertaking end-to-end management of a range of works, varying in scope and scale.

The Role:
* To liaise closely with Property Section colleagues to ensure that work is appropriately co-ordinated
* 37.5 hour week (Flexible start / finish times)
* Management of the tender process
* Contractor Management
* Bid Processes
* Management of statutory compliance and risk management

The Person:
* Technical / M&E Maintenance background
* Maintenance / Engineering Qualification
* Looking to work in Royal Residences
