In this role you will ensure your team provide a professional, bespoke service to clients, developing strategic action plans to deliver carbon assessments, sustainability statements and other advice, making sure remits and targets are adhered to both during and after construction.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building planning and regulations, and expert knowledge of sustainability within the construction industry.
The Role:
- Build your own team of consultants
- Provide strategic advice to clients throughout the construction process
- Undertake assessments on projects and suggest areas of improvement for clients
- Manage projects, liaising with clients throughout
The Person:
- Provides expertise on sustainability within construction
- Expertise with economics in planning and development
