Do you have experience as a CNC setter operator and programmer and worked in production engineering, experience looking to be part of the top-table management team, taking responsibility for the future direction and development of a highly successful forward-thinking company, where their success is your success?

As the Head of Production And Quality, you will be the key player in the management team and report to the Managing Director. Leading a team of dedicated engineers, you will take ownership of the entire process of operations and deliver production efficiencies whilst developing and managing your team to become the leading business in their field.

You will have full accountability for the Production Engineering and Quality function to deliver continually improving internal and external quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, invoiced sales and gross margins achieved, thus promoting sustainable and profitable internal growth to the benefit of the whole company and its employees.

The Responsibilities:

• Accountable for individual component production engineering and quality manufacturing process routings.
• Produce standardised robust internal and external production engineering and quality manufacturing process routing
• Produce standardised robust external production engineering and quality manufacturing process routings
• Leading technical development of production engineering and quality manufacturing process
• Responsible for the engineering and development processes across the whole business

The Person:

• Apprenticeship hands-on knowledge of programming and setting CNC precision machining work
• Experience in Production Management
