As a natural leader, you will lead by example, using your varied technical and practical knowledge of mechanical engineering, to directly manage design teams, during a period of rapid growth for the company.

The Role:
* Lead the engineering team, drive continuous improvement throughout the design process
* Oversee design engineers, managing their performance and developing their skills
* Support directors and managers to deliver the requirements of the Design Department
* Liaise with numerous external and internal stakeholders
The Person:
* Demonstrable Management or Supervisory experience is a must
* Excellent Mechanical Design CAD Engineering skills
